How to apply for teaching roles: –

Even if a vacancy is not listed above we are always interested in taking applications on a speculative basis for:

Primary and Secondary Teachers in:

  • Maths
  • English
  • Sciences
  • Humanities
  • ICT and Computing

How to apply for non-teaching roles: –

If you are applying for administrative or other supporting roles please send us your most up to date CV. The CV must include all information relating to your skills and qualifications and in the case of your employment history any gaps should be explained.

Volunteer with Avicenna Academy

With a multitude of educational initiatives and several concurrent projects we need as much help as we can get.

How you can help us as a Volunteer:

We are currently looking for volunteers to help us in numerous areas such as:

  • Grants Administrators and Researchers;
  • Web developers;
  • General Fundraisers;
  • Project Managers;
  • Voluntary teaching staff for Primary and Secondary Schooling

What next?

Allah willing we will contact you within 14 working days to ask for further details such as a CV and references. Additional references may be required for certain volunteers such as those working with children and vulnerable adults for the purpose of criminal background checks i.e. DBS checking. Next you may be invited to a short informal interview and then commence work with us!
